It helps so much. By the way, most grocery stores have a aisle guide that you can get on request. I got one and then was able to layout my groceries by aisle (with adjustments on the descriptions so I knew where my favs were). This helps ease shopping SO MUCH. This is what I do too and it does make shopping so much easier. Plus, I love it when my husband turns to me as we're shopping to hear the next number for which aisle we should go down next. Menu Planning makes grocery shopping so much easier.
